Moira also frequently represents clients in commercial real estate litigation, and she has experience handling ERISA, RICO, and commercial contract claims. Moira has successfully handled cases in all stages of litigation in the state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums.  Additionally, Moira has counseled clients in various business matters with the goal of avoiding or minimizing future legal disputes.

Prior to joining Marcus & Shapira in 1999, Moira clerked for the Honorable Donald E. Ziegler, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
