Elly Heller-Toig’s proactive and responsive approach to business and employment law issues provides clients with representation in which clients know that their lawyers actively listen to their legal requirements and aggressively respond. Elly represents numerous businesses in all aspects of business law and employment issues. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in all aspects of Title VII and State Human Relations Commissions investigations. Elly has tried a number of employment discrimination, sexual harassment and discharge cases. In addition, Elly has successfully litigated numerous ADA accessibility cases.
Moreover, Elly has extensive experience in the drafting of various corporate documents including leases, buy-sell agreements, stock option plans, employment agreements and policy manuals. She advises clients on various employee benefits issues including compliance with ERISA and other state and federal regulations. She has presented seminars in improving management skills, cyber security in the work place, ADA issues and proactively preventing and managing sex harassment claims.
