Seth Spiegal

As a law clerk to the Honorable James F. McClure, Jr., Mr. Spiegal gained experience in a wide variety of areas, including employment discrimination, commercial contracts, insurance coverage, bankruptcy, and ERISA.

After his clerkship, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he prosecuted numerous cases at the appellate level.

Mr. Spiegal currently practices labor law, employment law, and commercial litigation.
