Mr. Allman has negotiated and prepared numerous commercial agreements including long-term pharmacy supply agreements; grocery store and pharmacy acquisition agreements; and joint venture agreements for operation of fuel stations.
Mr. Allman also has negotiated and prepared numerous executive employment and separation agreements representing both employers and executives. He has litigated and settled cases involving employment issues.
Mr. Allman has represented both municipalities and private clients in land use cases. Mr. Allman currently is a member of the Upper St. Clair Zoning Hearing Board.
Mr. Allman has extensive experience in multi-party complex corporate litigation, including the Firestone 500 Litigation, the State of West Virginia Property Damage Asbestos Litigation, the Phar-Mor Securities Litigation, and in antitrust insurance coverage litigation. Mr. Allman has successfully tried significant product liability and personal injury cases.
