During her judicial clerkship with Chief Judge Donald E. Ziegler, Ms. Cain-Mannix gained experience in a wide variety of legal areas including: commercial contract disputes, employment discrimination and civil rights litigation, insurance coverage disputes, bankruptcy and securities litigation. Since joining the firm in September 1999, Ms. Cain-Mannix has been involved in various litigation and corporate matters.
