Ms. Livingston has significant experience in complex commercial and administrative litigation. She has represented numerous clients before federal regulatory agencies in multifaceted, fast-track multi-million dollar administrative litigation, including FERC, FTC, banking, airport and patent litigation.

Ms. Livingston's previous experiences include representing an electronics company in patent litigation involving smart cards, representing the Los Angeles Airport in a dispute with the FAA and airlines regarding the reasonableness of airport landing fees, and being part of a team of attorneys representing the State of Alaska in a billion dollar dispute involving the maintenance of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline. Ms. Livingston has authored numerous briefs before the federal appellate courts and the United States Supreme Court.
