Joseph J. Barnes was formerly the Chairman of the Real Estate Group for one of the three largest law firms in the City of Pittsburgh and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America.
Mr. Barnes' major practice areas include banking, real estate and construction finance. A significant portion of his practice involves the representation of lenders in real estate and secured lending transactions, commercial, industrial and residential real estate investors and developers.
Mr. Barnes is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Lender's Counsel Group of the American Land Title Association.
