Ms. Heller-Toig has represented numerous businesses in all aspects of business law and employment issues. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in all aspects of Title VII and State Human Relations Commissions investigations, as well as unemployment compensation matters. Ms. Heller-Toig has tried a number of employment discrimination, sexual harassment and discharge cases.

Moreover, she also has extensive experience in the drafting of various corporate documents including leases, buy-sell agreements, stock option plans, employment agreements and policy manuals. Ms. Heller-Toig advises clients on various employee benefits issues including compliance with ERISA and other state and federal regulations. She has prepared seminars for management personnel in improving management skills, ADA issues and on preventing and managing sex harassment claims.
